MEET the pastor

Pastor Peter Tsirozidis was born in Athens, Greece. After living and studying in the United States for many years, he moved back to Greece with his American wife, Lydia. 

The Tsirozidis family began to attend Bible Baptist Church, Chalandri, in 1994. Through the faithful witness of its founding missionaries, Peter and Lydia came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior. 

A few months after Peter was saved, he began serving in the prison ministry. After more than two years of Bible instruction at BBC Chalandri, he began teaching the adult Sunday school, as well as preaching in other Bible believing churches. 

Peter was ordained in April of 2001 and served as assistant pastor until January 1st, 2011 when he answered the Lord’s call to serve as pastor of Bible Baptist Church.
